The Amended and Restated Service Plan for Gold Hill North Metropolitan District Nos. 1 & 2 is the controlling document for the Districts, which sets forth information specific to the Districts, including, but not limited to, the proposed services, a boundary map, general description of the facilities, and any proposed indebtedness.
